Paste material:

There are 3 options for flexible adhesives such as:

1 neutral silicone sealant,

3 polyurethane structural sealant.

Cushion material:

1, size confirmation

Check the size of the on-site table and the size of the pre-installed position to ensure that there are 3~5mm gap around the artificial stone; if there is not enough space, the wall or stone size needs to be properly corrected; between the two adjacent stones, 1.5~ 2mm seam.

2, the base leveling

Before installing artificial stone, it is necessary to confirm that the base surface is flat and firm; if the pad is leveled, it can be fixed with cement mortar; if using the dry mortar to level, refer to the ground tile paving method as follows: the mortar thickness needs more than 3cm, the stone will be Test on the mortar, then press and shake. In the leveling mortar, the cement: river sand = 1: 2 ~ 3, and the water is stirred into a state of "hand holding, landing and blooming".

3, coating adhesive

Clean the back of the stone to be installed, apply the flexible adhesive to the back of the stone; when using the polyurethane structural sealant, it can be strip-coated, 5~10cm; or dot-like cloth, every 10~15cm, Each point size is 2*2cm or more. When using stone glue, it can be made of point cloth or scraped with a serrated knife. The dosage is 3kg/m2.

4, stone installation

Place the glued stone in a stable position and fully press the tapping to ensure that the adhesive is in full contact with the stone and the base layer.

5, caulking

Clean the gaps and surface stains around the stone in time, fill all gaps with neutral silicone glue and remove the residue.

6, splicing processing

It is recommended to use resin-based caulking glue of the same color as the plate. After the caulk is cured, it will be polished and refurbished, and the splicing position will be as bright as new.

7, finished product protection

The stone surface is covered with protective materials and the windows are closed to prevent rainwater from soaking the stone. It is strictly forbidden to step on the stone within 1 week after installation; if you need to step on the stone, you need to lay a wooden plywood to protect the stone.

Second, maintenance

During the use of granite, it is necessary to clean up the stains in time, and it is strictly forbidden to soak or soak. If the water stains are not cleaned up in time, it is prone to whitening and the like.

1. For the problem of whitewashing of granite, it can be treated with solvent-type “stone brightening agent” and brushed on the dry white surface for 1~3 times until the whitening phenomenon disappears.

2. If the color cannot be restored in the previous step, it can be solved by stone surface treatment or refurbishment process.

The processing method is as follows:

1 Apply stone care syrup (marble crystal hard powder plus double water paste or marble crystal surface agent) to the white area, then sand with water sandpaper, sandpaper model in this order (600#→1000#→2000 #→3000#); Every time you change the sandpaper, you need to clean the surface of the stone with water.

2 Apply the above stone care syrup to the white area, use a hand-held polishing machine and a white scouring pad to spread the syrup at a low speed (below 2 files) until the surface gloss of the stone is restored.

3 Repaint the stone brightening agent for protection.

3. Do not use acid alkaline cleaner to clean. Gangshi contains more than 95% natural marble, while marble is a metamorphic rock of limestone. The main component is calcium carbonate, so non-neutral materials will destroy its luster. In order to achieve the cleaning effect, the cleaning agent sold in the market often uses an alkaline substance with good cleaning effect as a raw material, and the result of long-term use may cause the gloss of the granite to be lost. Keep away from non-neutral acid-base items such as dilute hydrochloric acid and tile cleaners.

4. If the stone encounters scratches, the surface gloss can be repaired by refurbishing. It is recommended to use a special curing agent for stone to enhance the effect of gloss, slip, abrasion and static.

5, to immediately remove easily dyed substances. The granite has natural pores, and the dyeing substances (oil, tea, coffee, soy sauce, mustard, paint, ink, etc.) will penetrate into the granite and adhere to the surface along the capillary pores, forming unsightly stains and difficult to remove. .
